The Coffee we Roast

“Our aim has always been to ethically source, roast and supply coffee of the highest quality we buy only specialty Arabica beans.”

We like to deal with small specialty importers, who know the farms and cooperatives and can assure us that they are respected and paid fairly for their work.

Many farms are owned and run by generations of the same families, by providing them with a better income and more opportunities they can continually strive to produce exceptionally good coffee year on year.

By building these relationships we can be confident about traceability throughout the entire supply chain. This does come at a cost but at least we know we are buying the highest grade coffee to roast and sell to our customers.

We believe that great coffee should be available to everyone and are looking forward to exploring the many smallholder farms throughout the world and bringing them to No13 Coffee Roasters.
