The Roastery

“Our Roastery is the beating heart of our business”

This is where the story is nearly at its end. We think of the farmers who have lovingly grown, maintained and protected these beautiful prized cherries; very often in harsh terrains with very little machinery or modern technology. With this in mind, we made a promise that we would respect their work and roast them in the way they deserved.

We also felt that our customers should have the chance to taste what a freshly roasted single origin specialty grade coffee truly tastes like.

We have met some wonderful people along the way and hope to continue these friendships, making new contacts across the world to bring more varieties to you, our customers.
