Our washed coffee from Ocotepeque, Honduras, is cultivated at high altitudes where cool nights and fertile volcanic soils create exceptional growing conditions.
Harvested by hand and fully washed, the beans are carefully fermented and sun-dried to highlight the region’s clarity of flavour.
In the cup, you’ll find bright citrus and green apple acidity, balanced by notes of caramel and honey, with a smooth medium body. A touch of nut and cocoa lingers in the finish, offering a clean and well-rounded experience that reflects the character of western Honduras.
