This is an extremely impressive coffee that we have had the privilege to be offered by our coffee import partner.

The farm is called Finca El Guadual and belongs to Karol Garcia. Karol is an exceptional lady producer, her naturals are outstanding and her dedication to quality is to be admired and tasted, she is producing some really wonderful  Caturra  and Castillo beans.  

The "red honey" process involves leaving a significant portion of the coffee cherry's mucilage on the bean during drying. This method enhances natural sweetness, resulting in a flavour profile that is fruity, with notes of berries, cloves,  honey and is silky smooth..
