Burundi is a small landlocked country bounded by Rwanda to the north, Tanzania to the east and south, Lake Tanganyika to the southwest and the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the west. Burundi’s geography is well suited to coffee. Much of it is mountainous, providing the necessary altitudes and climates.
