We are so proud to be able to offer you the chance to taste this truly exceptional blend of beans from Planadas, Tolima Region. This area is one of the most isolated coffee producing regions of Colombia located in the Central Colombia Andes. As you can imagine the access is very limited, with only a dirt road and weather permitting, it is a 12-hour road trip from Ibague the Province Capital. With altitudes of 1600/2000, this is where the best specialities are found with its terra enriched volcanic soils and numerous fresh mountain streams. These farms are Maya Organically Certified.
This blend is rich in flavour with notes of red fruits, herbs, citric and lemon, deep intense chocolate and panela, full-bodied, wonderfully balanced, excellent acidity and an amazing after taste.
Good For Aeropress, V60, Filter, Espresso
